Pricing

One rate. Charged only when the money actually arrives.

No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no per-address charge and nothing at all for orders that expire unpaid. The fee applies to confirmed deposits — that is the whole model.

Platform fee
1% per confirmed deposit

Expressed in basis points as fee_bps — 100 bps by default, and set per account. Your live rate is always readable from the API at GET /v1/sweeper/config, so it can never be a surprise on a statement.

  • Only on confirmed deposits. Pending, expired and cancelled orders cost nothing. So do failed and reversed ones.
  • Your client is never short-changed. The fee does not reduce the received amount on an order — credit what they sent. The fee is reflected separately against your balance.
  • Volume rates are negotiable. High-throughput brokers are quoted below the default. Tell us your monthly figures and we will put a number on it.

Estimate your cost

Platform fee is a flat 1% per confirmed deposit — the same rate for every account unless you negotiate volume pricing.

Confirmed volume$500,000

Platform fee$5,000
Net to your balance$495,000

Indicative only. The net figure is credited to your ZyntrixPay balance — withdraw it whenever you like via the API or panel.

Mechanics

How the fee is actually collected

It is deducted automatically when a deposit confirms — no invoice to chase, no manual settlement call, no separate transfer for you to make.

In practice this means the full amount your client sent is what shows as received, the fee is reflected as its own line against your balance, and what is left is available to withdraw immediately.

1 · A deposit confirms The fee is calculated and set aside automatically; the rest is credited to your balance.
2 · You request a withdrawal Ask for a payout any time via the API or panel — there is no minimum and no fixed schedule to follow.
3 · We review and send it Once approved, we sign and broadcast the transfer from the platform treasury to your wallet.
Getting funds out

Withdraw on your schedule, not ours

There is no minimum withdrawal and no fixed payout day. Request whenever you want your balance moved.

Request any time

Call the withdrawal endpoint or use the merchant panel whenever you want funds out. There is no cutoff time and no monthly cap.

Reviewed before it sends

Every request is checked by a person before it is signed and broadcast — the one deliberate delay in an otherwise fast system.

Billing questions

What the rate does and does not cover

Is there a setup fee or monthly minimum?

No to both. You are charged a percentage of confirmed deposit volume and nothing else. A quiet month costs you nothing.

What am I charged when an order is never paid?

Nothing. Fees accrue on confirmed deposits only — a pending, expired or cancelled order has no fee attached. Note that an expired order still accepts a late payment; if that payment confirms, it is a confirmed deposit and the normal rate applies.

How is the fee handled on an underpayment or an overpayment?

It is a percentage of what actually confirmed on-chain, not of what you asked for. A client who was invoiced 250 USDT and sent 180 accrues a fee on 180. Top-ups accrue as they confirm.

Do I pay network gas separately?

No. Gas for withdrawals is handled on our side as part of running the platform treasury — it is not billed to you as a separate line item.

Can we get a rate below 1%?

Yes. The rate is per account and volume-dependent. Send us your monthly confirmed deposit volume and average deposit size and we will quote against it.

How do I verify the rate you are charging me?

Read it from the API yourself: GET /v1/sweeper/config returns the live fee_bps for your account. Your balance and withdrawal history are visible in the merchant panel and reconcilable against your own records.
