No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no per-address charge and nothing at all for orders that expire unpaid. The fee applies to confirmed deposits — that is the whole model.

Every account gets the whole platform. The rate is the only variable.

It is deducted automatically when a deposit confirms — no invoice to chase, no manual settlement call, no separate transfer for you to make.
In practice this means the full amount your client sent is what shows as received, the fee is reflected as its own line against your balance, and what is left is available to withdraw immediately.
There is no minimum withdrawal and no fixed payout day. Request whenever you want your balance moved.
Call the withdrawal endpoint or use the merchant panel whenever you want funds out. There is no cutoff time and no monthly cap.
Every request is checked by a person before it is signed and broadcast — the one deliberate delay in an otherwise fast system.

No to both. You are charged a percentage of confirmed deposit volume and nothing else. A quiet month costs you nothing.
Nothing. Fees accrue on confirmed deposits only — a pending, expired or cancelled order has no fee attached. Note that an expired order still accepts a late payment; if that payment confirms, it is a confirmed deposit and the normal rate applies.
It is a percentage of what actually confirmed on-chain, not of what you asked for. A client who was invoiced 250 USDT and sent 180 accrues a fee on 180. Top-ups accrue as they confirm.
No. Gas for withdrawals is handled on our side as part of running the platform treasury — it is not billed to you as a separate line item.
Yes. The rate is per account and volume-dependent. Send us your monthly confirmed deposit volume and average deposit size and we will quote against it.
Read it from the API yourself: GET /v1/sweeper/config returns the live fee_bps for your account. Your balance and withdrawal history are visible in the merchant panel and reconcilable against your own records.
Tell us your monthly confirmed deposit volume and average deposit size. We will come back with a number that fits your book.
